MOVIESPOTTING
With me it's true that I enjoy a movie only when I have tons of piled up work to do.
How else can you explain this time last year, with a hard disk full of movies and all the time in the world, and me not even bothering to open up and check on any. And the same time this year, loaded with probably all the work possible in the world, I still catch up on a few portions every night. Actually it is a good incentive, to set a deadline like "today i will work
till page number...xyz of my document"....and only then I get to watch a movie :) It's another story that most of the times, I skip deadlines, of course, coz it's me who sets them in the first place :D
Here are the ending words from a few nights back, a movie which was very well made and re-established a few basic facts of life.
I am moving on, going straight and choosing life,
I am going to be just like you,
The job,
The family,
The f**** big television,
The washing machine,
The compact disc and electronic tin opener,
Good health,
Low cholestrol,
Dental Insurance
Mortgage,
Start a home,
Leisure wear,
Luggage,
Three piece suit,
DIY,
Game shows,
Junk food,
Children,
Walk in the park,
9 to 5,
Good at golf,
Washing the car,
Choice of sweaters,
Family Christmas,
Tax exemption,
Clearing gutters,
Getting by,
Looking ahead......the day you die.
